Damaged Merchandise

We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Discontinued or Out of Stock Items

If an item is found to be out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable after an order has been placed, the you will be notified via the e-mail address you provided with the order. A full refund, including any applicable shipping and handling charges, will then be processed. If no e-mail address or invalid e-mail address was provided, you will not be notified of the refund and will only see the credit on your monthly account statement. We also may choose, at its discretion, to ship the majority of quantities ordered and issue a refund for the unshipped quantities.

Manufacturer's Defects

If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, e-mail us at Info@eBuy-Store.com for instructions. Do not return Items to us without first receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Depending on the contents of an order, an order will be prepared and shipped from one or more of our distribution centers. Our distribution center are located in California.

Depending on the order's ship-to address, the projected delivery time may range from three (3) to twelve (12) business days from the date an order was submitted to when order is delivered. Included in the delivery time is one (1) to two (2) business days for preparing an order for shipment. Customers on the East Coast should allow for a minimum of seven (7) business days - not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays - for a UPS Ground delivery. Rush orders are also available at an additional cost.

If a valid e-mail address was submitted with the order, an "eBuy-Store.com Order Shipped Notification" e-mail will be sent after the order has been shipped. The e-mail will include the courier and tracking number.

The following are the average number of business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) - beginning the day after an order is submitted - it takes UPS Ground to deliver to shipping destinations within a particular state. State and average delivery days: CA 2 days, CT 8 days, DE 6 days, FL 7 days, GA 7 days, IL 6 days, MA 7 days, MD 7 days, MI 6 days, MN 5 days, MO 4 days, MT 4 days, NV 2 days, NY 7 days, OK 5 days, OR 4 days, PA 4 days, TX 7 days, WA 4 days.

Business days shall be defined as Monday thru Friday, excluding Saturdays Sundays, and holidays. Our Order Fulfillment Dept is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Christmas Shipping

The last day to place an order to ensure delivery before Christmas is December 12.

Packing Slip

A packing slip will be sent along with each package. The packing slip will contain eBuy-Store.com's (or distribution center) name and address, product SKUs, and quantities ordered. No prices are displayed on the packing slip.

Product Availability

Because many of our products are overstock or seasonal items, and due to high product demand and order volume, the we are not able guarantee that any item will remain in stock - even if it appeared on the web site at the time of your order. Our order processing staff will work diligently to stay ahead of manufacturing trends to insure product availability. However, periodically a product may become unavailable after a customer places an order. You should be aware that prior orders for products that you are attempting to purchase might cause items to become unavailable, even after an order has been placed. We will make every effort to ensure the our Product Directory is updated with new products and to verify their availability. We do not send out notification of discontinued or out of stock products. If a product is determined to be discontinued or out of stock, we will remove the advertisement images and descriptions of that product from the our Site Map.

Product Returns

Customer shall provide a written request - via email - to return a product. Request to return a product must be sent the following email address: CustomerCare@eBuy-Store.com. Permission for any return product must be secured from our Customer Services. You shall be responsible for all shipping costs of returning any product. Packages will not be accepted if a Return Authorization Number is not found on a return package. After a return is authorized by our Customer Services, you shall:

1. Repack the product in the same box and packing materials you received. If not returned in original packing materials, then shipping amount will not be refunded. 2. Use the address given to you by our Customer Services. 3. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box. 4. Ship the return product to us via UPS Ground, and e-mail the UPS Ground tracking number to Info@eBuy-Store.com. 5. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of a returned product. We are not liable for a return product that is not delivered to our Customer Services. 6. Returned product must have all pieces and parts (i.e., assembly instructions and parts, etc.) returned to eBuy-Store.com. If parts of product are missing, then customer shall be assessed a 20% returned product charge.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Refunds are issued within three to five business days after we receive the return product. You shall be responsible for all shipping costs of returning any product.

Refused Shipments and 3rd Attempts

Any order refused or deemed to be undeliverable after three attempts by our delivery service provider will be canceled and refunded, less shipping and handling, and a 20% restocking fee. If you would like your order fulfilled, you will need to place a new order with us, including payment.

Sales Taxes

We will charge applicable sales tax for orders delivered to locations in California.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
